Craft Beer Festival returns to historic Long Grove on April 30

Historic downtown Long Grove will once again transform into the suburb’s largest beer garden on Saturday, April 30 from noon to 4 p.m., for Craft Beer Fest. Conveniently located on the spacious grounds across from event host Buffalo Creek Brewing, the annual Craft Beer Fest is a tribute to Long Grove’s beer history. Attendees enjoy a once-in-a-lifetime experience with dozens of Chicagoland’s most renowned breweries outside in the spring sunshine with a vintage village backdrop. Plus unlimited 3 oz. tastes from participating breweries, Craft Beer Fest also features live music and local dining options.

“We are thrilled to bring back our first major festival of the year after postponing the last two seasons due to the pandemic,” said Ryan Messner, spokesperson for Craft Beer Fest organizing group, Historic Downtown Long Grove. Business Association. “This is the tasting experience of the year in one of Illinois’ most historic cities!”

The scenic backdrop of Long Grove helps set this beer festival apart from others. The event gives ticket holders the opportunity to visit any brewer’s stations as much as they like to sample freshly brewed froth and gain brewer’s wisdom from the pourer. In addition to local beers and wines from participating vendors, Craft Beer Fest will feature live music and food vendor options from hometown favorites.
